Our Teachers

Mayfair Christian Daycare proudly employs an exceptional staff of experienced teachers and caregivers. A well-trained, interactive and skilled staff remains the most accurate indicator of a high-quality child development program.

In order to maintain the highest level of care for the infant, toddler and preschool children who attend our well-staffed center, our Grand Rapids Daycare Center employs educated individuals who hold degrees in child development, early childhood education and other childcare-related fields.

Our Grand Rapids daycare staff consists of caring, educated teachers committed to our center’s Christian mission and the ever-changing field of Child Development.

All of our experienced and professional staff are trained in child CPR and child-specific first-aid techniques and procedures. Our teachers also participate in on-going training and personal development to enhance their knowledge and expertise in both traditional and modern child development guidelines and techniques.
